      Visitor Manager is used to allow visitors outside your organization to be able to pre-register for meetings.
      Create Invitation
      Complete the Outlook invitation including date, time, location and visitors.
      Select Location/Station
      If the location and station is not automatically selected, select the loacation and station where the meeting will take place.

      Select Visitors
      Select which visitors you want to send pre-registration emails to. Be sure to define names and organizations for each visitor.
      Emails Sent
      After emails are sent, you can click the 'x' in the upper right corner to close Visitor Manager.
      Be sure to send the Outlook invitation to invitees.
